Policies:

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Remaining amount must be paid in cash or e-transfer
    (5% surcharge payments made via e-transfer)

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours. $30 fee applies to same-day cancellations.

Please confirm that you do not have or use any of the contraindication below in order to determine if your skin is eligible for a facial before booking:

  • Active acne (cystic)

  • Skin cancer

  • Open lesion

  • Dermatitis

  • Active colds sores

  • Sunburn & keratoses

  • Severe rosacea

  • Pregnant/nursing

  • Currently using Accutane or in the past 7-12 months

  • Use prescription retinol within 7 days of treatment

  • Avoid going to a tanning bed 2 weeks prior to treatment

  • Autoimmune or communicable Disease (Lupus/ Scleroderma)

  • Botox/filler done within 14 days

  • No exfoliation in the last 7 days
