Please read the following before booking your appointment.

Deposit

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. While this deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferable in the event you need to reschedule your appointment date within the 48- hours timeframe.

The remaining amount must be paid either in cash or e-transfer. Please note, there is a 5% surcharge for payments made via e-transfer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. No additional deposit is needed for this change. However, all appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a $30 cancellation fee, with no exceptions.

For unexpected situations or illness, contact us via Instagram Direct Message (@adoreskinstudio) to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

If you have booked with us through Instagram DM as a new client, we kindly request you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment if you have not filled out the new client form beforehand.

Please be advised that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and a $15 late fee will be applied.

No Show

In the event of a no-show, where you do not show at your scheduled appointment without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited, and regrettably, you will be added to our Instagram blacklist. This means you will not be able to book future appointments with us.

Covid-19 Symptoms

If you experienced any Covid -19 / flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat or tiredness or have come into contact with anyone who has been exposed to Covid-19. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

  • Each appointment ranges from 60-90 minutes but it can vary depending on the specific treatment and your skin's needs.

  • It is recommended to get a facial done every month as your skin shed every 28 days. Consistent upkeep is the key to improved and beautiful skin!

  • During your appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive skin analysis, and if necessary, we may adjust the chosen services based on the originally scheduled time frame. Together, we will select the ideal treatment tailored to your specific skin concerns and goals at the time of your appointment.

  • It is recommended at least 2 week before the event as the skin may go through a purging phrase.

  • Yes, you can still enjoy facials during pregnancy, but some treatments pose higher risks. Procedures like microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, and laser should be avoided.

    However, we offer classic facial and dermaplanning which are safe for expectant mothers. We can also customize a personalized facial using pregnancy-friendly products, ensuring a relaxing experience for you and your baby.

  • Hydrodermabrasion/hydrofacial is a non-invasive procedure that uses a water jet spray to deep cleanse, exfoliate, and extract blackheads /sebaceous filaments. Infusing an active serum into the skin.

    Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive skin resurfacing procedure that removes dead skin cells by exfoliates the top layer of the epidermis (surface layer of skin) with a diamond tip and vacuum suction clogged pores and improves uneven texture.

  • We recommend waiting 2 weeks after receiving botox or filler injections before booking an appointment to prevent complications.

  • If you are experiencing some purging (sudden breakouts) after a facial, it is completely normal! It usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks to clear up depending on your skin cycle, which basically helps your skin’s way of getting rid of impurities and making way for a healthy glow.

  • At this time, we only accept male clients through current client’s referral.
