Please read the following before booking your appointment.

Deposit

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. While this deposit is non-refundable, it can be transferable in the event you need to reschedule your appointment date within the 48- hours timeframe.

The remaining amount must be paid either in cash or e-transfer. Please note, there is a 5% surcharge for payments made via e-transfer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. No additional deposit is needed for this change. However, all appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours are subject to a $30 cancellation fee, with no exceptions.

For unexpected situations or illness, contact us via Instagram Direct Message (@adoreskinstudio) to reschedule.

Late Arrivals

If you have booked with us through Instagram DM as a new client, we kindly request you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment if you have not filled out the new client form beforehand.

Please be advised that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled, and a $15 late fee will be applied.

No Show

In the event of a no-show, where you do not show at your scheduled appointment without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited, and regrettably, you will be added to our Instagram blacklist. This means you will not be able to book future appointments with us.

Covid-19 Symptoms

If you experienced any Covid -19 / flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat or tiredness or have come into contact with anyone who has been exposed to Covid-19. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
